What is the DYGT! Greenhouse?
The DYGT! Greenhouse is the creative and community-development hub of the DoYourGodThing! Movement.
For now, the Greenhouse is virtual.
IIt is the work happening behind DYGTol, RootWorks, Wearable Witness, workshops, media, curriculum development, partnerships, outreach, and the growing infrastructure required to support them.
But the long-term vision is physical.
We envision a welcoming, collaborative space where people can gather around tables instead of cubicles, develop ideas, create resources, host workshops, build community, train facilitators, produce media, share meals and snacks, and do the practical work required to turn purpose into impact.Who does the Greenhouse support?
Ultimately, all of our programs.
The Greenhouse supports the people creating DYGT! resources and the people those resources are created to serve.
It can become a home for staff, interns, volunteers, facilitators, writers, artists, community partners, workshop participants, and people developing their own God-given work.
It isn't intended simply to be an office.
It's infrastructure for impact.
Why does it need support?
Movements require infrastructure.
Curriculum development, publishing, technology, administration, outreach, training, media production, volunteer coordination, workshops, distribution, and community partnerships all require people, tools, systems, and eventually space.
Supporting the Greenhouse means helping build the organizational capacity that allows every other DYGT! program to grow.
How can you support the Greenhouse?
Gifts can support:
Technology and creative equipment, administrative infrastructure, staffing and internships, program development, media production, workshop equipment and supplies, furnishings, community gathering resources, and eventually the establishment of a permanent physical Greenhouse.
