What is RootWorks in Community?
RootWorks in Community is our curriculum access and outreach initiative.
RootWorks Publishing creates practical, engaging faith-development resources designed to help people move from belief to action. But publishing the books isn't enough. They have to reach people.
Through RootWorks in Community, DYGT! provides books, sponsored materials, workshops, group resources, and curriculum partnerships to individuals and organizations that can put them to work.
Who do we support?
Recipients may include individuals, libraries, community organizations, small groups, faith communities, mentors, educators, outreach programs, and other partners serving people who could benefit from RootWorks materials.
Sometimes that may mean giving one person a workbook.
Sometimes it may mean supplying materials for an entire workshop.
Sometimes it may mean helping a community organization establish its own RootWorks study group.
Why does it need support?
A workbook can be affordable and still be inaccessible to someone who needs it.
Workshops also require more than a facilitator. Participants need books and supplies. Organizations may want to offer programming but lack a budget for curriculum. Libraries and community partners can dramatically extend our reach if we're able to put resources into their hands.
Donations allow us to say yes more often.
How can you support?

How are those gifts shared?
DYGT! will distribute materials directly and through trusted community partners.
That means donor support can travel much farther than our own programming. A book placed with a library, facilitator, community organization, or group leader can continue serving people long after the original gift.
